EAGLE CPD80 Heavyweight, High Capacity Bender
The Model CPD80 is a Double Pinch Fully Hydraulic Angle Roll. This high capacity bender has fully hydraulic rotation, dual LED programmable readouts, horizontal / vertical operation, fully universal modular telescoping rolls, long cylinder stroke, full protective covers and a host of other beneficial features as standard.
STANDARD FEATURES

modular design is stress relieved & precision machined - Large, high strength steel shafts, heat treated and ground, journaled in dual self aligning Spherical roller bearings with forced lubrication for optimum performance, and efficiency.
- Main Shafts are 15% larger than nearest competitive model, heavier duty, higher capacity
- Independent hydraulic adjustment of both lower rolls, w/ long stroke for double pre-bending
- All 3 rolls driven by radial piston hydraulic motor and high torque planetary speed reducer group and planetary gear final drive
- Multi axis lateral guides, adjustable in all 3 planes for bending angle iron leg-in or out
- Universal bending rolls with modular telescoping
components, hardened and wear resistant - Forced lubrication providing full security under harsh working conditions
- Machine operates in both vertical and horizontal positions, lifting rings included
